Flag raising ceremony. The RVN flag raised on the "courtesy flag pole" at the Ontario legislative building. No sign of participation by politicians at the actual event. He said: "the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom flag was once again hoisted in solemn commemoration of the modern beginnings of Canada’s Vietnamese community". It's also a testament to the gullibility of Canadian politicians.
