The story deals only with the diplomatic issue and notes that the Vietnam embassy had also complained about Harper appearing at events that display both the Saigon flag and the Canadian flag. Nothing said in defense of the Vietnamese community. Mr. Kenney is quoted spouting the revised history about the boat people and there is no refutation.
